STEP 3: CONSTRUCT THE HOUSES
Stack ice pops and bind them together with ice cream to build walls! Cover the walls with ice, then add doors and windows. Your penguin will love its new icy home!
STEP 4: DECORATE THE HOUSES
Decorate the can house with shark teeth, a tail, and fins! Paint the walls with a mix of milk and colorful fruit juice. Use lollipops, milk bottles, windmills, and balloons to add extra flair!
