Discover the Enigmatic World of Librarianship with Kakureza Library

BOCSTE recently brought the PC game Kakureza Library to Android. This relaxing library simulator, originally released on Steam in January 2022 by Norabako, lets you experience the daily life of a librarian.

A Day in the Life...

As a library apprentice, your tasks include checking books in and out, assisting patrons with research, and helping them locate specific materials. Your choices matter! The books you recommend influence the story's direction, leading to multiple possible outcomes, including several less-than-ideal endings.

The game features no voice acting, contributing to its peaceful and contemplative atmosphere. It offers a single-player experience with Japanese and English language options.

The highlight is the impressive collection of 260 fictional books, each with unique artwork and detailed descriptions, creating a truly immersive library experience.

Endless Challenge: Endless Reference Mode

Beyond the main storyline, an "Endless Reference" mode provides a separate, challenging experience. This mode pits you against a continuous stream of patrons with diverse requests, testing your speed and accuracy in fulfilling their needs.

Ready to Become a Librarian?

Kakureza Library is a solo experience, focusing on the interaction between you, the books, and the library's visitors. Priced at $4.99 on Android, the Steam version is also currently discounted to celebrate the mobile release.

If you enjoy strategic, laid-back gameplay, this librarian adventure is worth a look. Download it from the Google Play Store. And for more mobile gaming news, check out our review of Epic Cards Battle 3.
