The wait is over! Peglin, the unique Pachinko Roguelike, has officially launched its 1.0 version across Android, iOS, and PC platforms. After over a year in early access, fans can finally dive into the full version of this exciting game.
Developed and published by Red Nexus Games, Peglin combines turn-based gameplay with the mechanics of Pachinko and rogue-like elements. It's a delightful mix that might remind you of classics like Peggle and Slay the Spire. In Peglin, you can choose from four distinct goblin classes: Peglin, Balladin, Roundrel, and Spinventor. Starting as the charming starter class, Peglin, a small green goblin, you unlock the others as you progress.
The storyline follows Peglin and his fellow goblins on a quest for revenge against gold-stealing dragons. Set in a captivating pixel-art world, players use orbs to navigate and battle through levels filled with bouncing pegs.
Peglin 1.0 is packed with new content and enhancements. The final Cruciball level has been added, now spanning levels 17 to 20. Minibosses are tougher, regular battles can feature additional enemies, and bosses come with unexpected challenges. A new forest miniboss, the Slime Hive, introduces Slimedrops to the fray.
The update also includes a new rare relic, the Crystal Catalyst, which enhances Spinfection damage. Alongside these additions, there are numerous balance changes and quality-of-life improvements. For example, when facing Thesaurosus, the peg board reshuffles to prevent players from being stuck with an unfavorable layout throughout the fight.
Now that Peglin 1.0 is fully released, it's the perfect time to explore its forests, fortresses, dragon's lairs, and more. You can find Peglin on the Google Play Store and experience the thrill for yourself.
