Farlight 84's "Hi, Buddy!" Expansion: Adorable Pets, Map Overhauls, and More!

The highly anticipated "Hi, Buddy!" expansion for Farlight 84 has arrived, introducing a host of exciting new features. The update centers around a new Buddy System, alongside map enhancements and engaging events.

Meet Your Buddies!

The star of the show is the adorable Buddy System. These charming companions add a touch of cuteness to the battlefield while providing in-game assistance. Two types exist: Common Buddies and rarer, more powerful Archon Buddies.

Common Buddies, easily captured, offer helpful abilities. Archon Buddies, however, boast significantly more potent powers. Capture them using Buddy Orbs, which can also store up to six tactical items – making them incredibly versatile.

Ten Buddies are currently available: Common Buddies Buzzy, Morphdrake, Petal Peeper, Smokey, Snatchpaw, Squeaky, Sparky, and Zephy; and Archon Buddies Time Dominator (capable of manipulating the Safe Zone) and Storm Empress (who commands a devastating tornado).

Beyond the Buddies

The Sunder Realms map has received a significant upgrade, featuring new terrain, structures, and landmarks. Expect thrilling slides, improved cover, and unique environmental elements like giant duck statues and floating boulders.

A new Tactical Core system allows players to enhance their hero's skills and unlock new abilities using earned Trait points and Trait Activation Cards.

The Buddy Showdown and Rare Consolidation Event are also live, offering players chances to win fantastic rewards, including skins and loot boxes.
