BG3 Patch 8 Is So Big, It Needs To Be Stress Tested

Larian Studios conducts a stress test for Baldur's Gate 3's massive Patch 8. This pre-release test aims to identify and resolve issues before the official launch.

Stress Test Access & Update 1:

The Patch 8 stress test is currently exclusive to selected participants. Update 1 addresses various bugs, crashes, and scripting errors. A key fix ensures Gale correctly interacts with magical items. Non-testers must await the full patch release.

This update also includes improvements such as persistent container contents, enhanced Steam Deck Photo Mode functionality, refined posing controls, improved cross-play, updated Booming Blade tooltip values, and several crash fixes.
