The 2024 Winter Event for NetEase's flagship battle royale, Blood Strike, is now live, and it's bringing a fresh wave of action-packed content to the game. Forget about traditional holiday themes; this event is all about intense shoot-'em-up thrills!

One of the highlights of this event is the introduction of the new Zombie Royale mode. If you're familiar with games like Infected, you'll feel right at home here. In Zombie Royale, it's a battle for survival as players face off against zombies. When players are downed, they join the ranks of the undead, turning the game into a thrilling humans vs. zombies showdown. And don't worry, these undead might be friendlier than you'd expect!

To complement the new mode, Blood Strike introduces the powerful Blood Crystal Greatsword. This weapon comes equipped with deadly new attacks, adding a new dimension to your combat strategy.

Logging in between December 5th and January 8th will reward you with the exclusive Ultra Gun Skin. But act fast, because the Ultra Striker Skin is only available until December 25th. The event doesn't stop there; you can earn additional rewards by inviting friends and even by logging in on Christmas Day itself!

Nightmare Before ChristmasYes, zombies and laser swords might not scream 'Christmas' to you, and honestly, I can't argue with that. But if you're looking for a high-octane, blood-pumping way to escape the holiday hustle and bustle, Blood Strike's latest update might just be what you need.

For seasoned Blood Strike players looking to mix things up, there are plenty of other battle royale games to explore. Check out our list of the top battle royale games for iOS and Android to find your next gaming adventure.
