How To Complete Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

This side quest, "Hush, My Darling," in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, begins not in Kuttenberg City, but in the nearby village of Miskowitz, located to the west. Prepare your blacksmithing skills; you'll need them!

Completing "Hush, My Darling" in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Step 1: Speak with Martha

Find Martha in the house attached to the forge in the southeastern part of Miskowitz. Ask if she needs help; she'll mention needing a blacksmith. Claim the quest by replying, "I'm a blacksmith! I'd be glad to help." If you haven't already, you can also speak to the bailiff (standing near Martha) about Matthew, a member of the Dry Devil's group.

Step 2: Craft Horseshoes

You may already possess the necessary materials. Two Farmer's Horseshoes will do the trick. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to craft them. Return the horseshoes to Martha.

Step 3: Find Victoria

Martha requests you deliver the horseshoes to Victoria, who lives south of the forge. Upon entering her house (the first door on the left), you'll discover blood. Inspect the blood when prompted. Inform Martha of your discovery; she'll suggest searching Sigismund's camp.

Step 4: Sigismund’s Camp

Sigismund's camp lies south of Opatowitz. (If you're still searching for Matthew for the Dry Devil questline, he might be on the path to the camp). Speak to the blacksmith in the camp about Victoria. He'll mention a soldier named Black who showed interest in her. Find Black in the infirmary tent; he's ill.

Black requires medicine before talking. Give him a Digestive Potion (craft one if needed). Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before questioning him. He'll reveal Victoria may have gone east into the woods.

Locate Victoria at the quest marker on your map. Speak with her; dialogue choices have no significant impact on later events. If you secured a promise from Black to care for Victoria, relaying this message offers her hope. This completes "Hush, My Darling." Continue with main quests or other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
