Dark & Darker Mobile slated for soft launch in Canada next month, release in first half of this year

Dark and Darker Mobile is poised for a Canadian soft launch on February 5th, with a global release anticipated in the first half of 2024. Pre-registration remains open. Expect refinements and new features before the worldwide launch.

Krafton's mobile adaptation of Ironmace's popular dungeon crawler, Dark and Darker, will initially debut in Canada. However, a global launch is planned for the first half of the year.

Dark and Darker blends extraction shooter and dungeon crawler elements. Players, solo or in parties, explore a vast dungeon, battling monsters and rival players to claim loot. Characters include familiar fantasy archetypes like fighters, rogues, barbarians, wizards, and bards.

Following the success of Ironmace's PC version, Krafton secured the mobile adaptation rights. Significant improvements are underway, promising an enhanced experience at launch.

Enhanced Gameplay:

Planned updates include revisions to the Darkswarm system and escape mechanics. Dungeon structures will be overhauled to optimize party play. Class distinctions will be sharpened with enhanced basic attacks and combat mechanics. A wider array of weapons and skills is also expected.
