Tekken 8 Season 2: Anna Williams Arrives, Future DLC Unveiled

Bandai Namco has dropped a new trailer for Tekken 8's Season 2, spotlighting the return of Anna Williams. The trailer showcases her updated moveset, fresh character skins, and a unique intro sequence—including a special cutscene if her sister, Nina, is the opponent.

Anna Williams will be the inaugural character of Season 2, launching March 31st for those who own the Character Year 2 Pass. General release for all players is slated for April 3rd.

Beyond Anna, the trailer hints at a substantial roadmap of future content planned for 2025 and early 2026:

• Summer 2025: A new fighter and a new arena.
• Fall 2025: A new fighter.
• Winter 2025/2026: A new fighter and a new arena.

In other news, Bandai Namco announced that Tekken 8 has already surpassed 3 million copies sold, significantly outpacing the sales trajectory of its predecessor, which boasts over 12 million copies sold to date.

Tekken 8 is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam), having launched on January 26th, 2024.
