Fuecoco Ignites March's Community Day

Get ready for fiery fun! Pokémon GO's March Community Day kicks off with Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon, on March 8th, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time). Expect increased Fuecoco spawns and boosted Shiny rates.

Evolving your Fuecoco to Skeledirge (via Crocalor) within one week of the event unlocks the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song anytime.

A special Timed Research event runs until March 15th, 10:00 PM (local time), offering a Fuecoco encounter with a Seasonal Special Background and further increased Shiny odds.

For $2.00, a Community Day Special Research ticket grants three Fuecoco encounters (with Seasonal Special Backgrounds), Battle Passes, and Rare Candies. Gift this ticket to friends with Great Friend status or higher.

March and Beyond: Community Day Dates Unveiled

Pokémon GO has announced Community Day dates extending through May:

• Saturday, March 8, 2025
• Saturday, March 22, 2025 (Community Day Classic)
• Sunday, April 27, 2025
• Sunday, May 11, 2025
• Saturday, May 24, 2025 (Community Day Classic)

Community Day Classic events revisit past favorites, like Ralts (previously featured in August 2019 and January 2025). The other dates will feature new Pokémon, yet to be revealed.

Beloved Buddies Event: Choose Your Path

The Beloved Buddies event, featuring Dhelmise, offers Timed Research with two branching paths: Candela (Team Valor) or Arlo (Team GO Rocket).

Initial tasks reward Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters. Choosing a path unlocks different rewards:

Candela Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.

Arlo Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, a Pocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
