Genshin Impact 5.5 "Day of the Flame

Genshin Impact's eagerly awaited Version 5.5 update, titled "Day of the Flame's Return," is set to launch on March 26th, promising an even more thrilling experience in Natlan. This update is packed with exciting new content, both in terms of storyline and gameplay enhancements.

One of the most anticipated features is the introduction of controller support for Android devices, which will finally be available with Version 5.5. If you're interested in which controllers will be supported, you can find all the details here.

What Does Genshin Impact Version 5.5 Have in Store?

Prepare to venture deep into the southwestern part of Natlan, where you'll encounter a new tribe, a massive volcano, and fresh characters. The Great Volcano of Tollan is a site filled with ancient secrets and a long-dormant sacred city. As you navigate the rumbling magma beneath, your mission is to unravel the mysteries of the "Flamelord's Blessing" and the enigma of the Little One. Along your journey, you'll meet the Collective of Plenty, a tribe that values fitness and strength challenges as a way of life.

Version 5.5 introduces two new playable characters: Varesa and Iansan. Varesa, a 5-star Electro Catalyst user, offers unique support by restoring Phlogiston after consuming food, enhancing her utility outside of combat. Iansan, a 4-star Electro Polearm wielder and one of Natlan's six heroes, combines offense with support capabilities. When a teammate triggers a Nightsoul Burst, she gains the Warming Up effect, allowing her to provide continuous healing.

In the first phase of Version 5.5's Event Wishes, you can pull for Varesa and Iansan, along with Xianyun's rerun. Subsequent phases will feature reruns for Xilonen and Venti. Check out the exciting additions below.

The Bloomflower Trials Are Making a Comeback

In this update, you'll team up with Mavuika, Ifa, and other Natlan allies to aid a sick Saurian. Additionally, a new mini-game, "Saurian Treasure Seeker," challenges you to guide baby Saurians through obstacles to collect treasures. By participating in this event, you'll have the opportunity to invite Ororon for free.

On the challenge front, a new boss, the Lava Dragon Statue, awaits in the volcanic fissures. You can download the game from the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in this expansive update once it's released.
