Games Radar reports that Cavill's audition has garnered significant attention, with many, including Casino Royale director Martin Campbell, praising his "tremendous" performance. Campbell reportedly favored Cavill, but the role ultimately went to Daniel Craig due to the preferences of other decision-makers.
