⚫︎ Bloomberg reports that Warner Bros. Discovery has canceled a planned expansion for Hogwarts Legacy amid a broader restructuring, due to concerns over content value. The expansion, initially slated for a Definitive Edition release, was being developed by Avalanche Software in collaboration with Rocksteady Studios. Although the expansion is off the table, a sequel is still in the works.

Interactive president David Haddad discussed the monumental success of Hogwarts Legacy, highlighting how it allows fans to dive deep into the Harry Potter universe. Haddad also confirmed Warner Bros.' plans for more Harry Potter games, including Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, which was in beta, and teased additional projects in development.
