Kojima Unveils Progress Update on Death Stranding Sequel

Hideo Kojima recently shared on social media that the Japanese voice actors for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach have finished recording their lines. Although the Japanese dub is still in progress, it appears to be nearing completion. The actors recently completed work on a crucial scene featuring six main characters, culminating in a celebratory gathering and photos. Kojima expressed bittersweet feelings about concluding this phase, but anticipates future collaborations.

Further details regarding Death Stranding 2 are promised during SXSW 2025, specifically on the evening of March 10th. Whether or not a release date will be announced at that time remains to be seen.
