After completing the initial tasks—speaking with Kendo and investigating a Portal—the third challenge directs you to a secret location within Masked Meadows, a popular point of interest. Given the location's popularity, it's wise to gather ample loot beforehand; other players will be vying for the same objective.

In Masked Meadows, locate the large, multi-story building in the northern area. The workshop isn't above ground; instead, look for a ground-level entrance. Descend into the building's depths, following the path until you reach a room brimming with machinery, masks, and various other items. You've found Daigo's underground workshop! But your work isn't quite finished.

This quest is a two-part affair. The game will prompt you to examine three specific items within the workshop to claim your XP. Use the in-game exclamation point markers as your guide; they'll lead you directly to the items, which are conveniently clustered together.
