Overwatch 2's Winter Wonderland 2024: Free Legendary Skins Guide

Overwatch 2's seasonal events consistently deliver fresh content. Winter Wonderland 2024 is no exception, offering returning game modes (Yeti Hunt, Mei's Snowball Offensive), themed cosmetics, and, importantly, free Legendary skins. This guide details how to unlock these coveted rewards.

Four free Legendary skins await:

• Casual Hanzo: Earned by completing Winter Wonderland challenges. Simply finish 8 games (4 wins) of Quick Play, Competitive, or Arcade modes.
• Chic Widowmaker: Unlocked after completing 9 games (4.5 wins). A matching highlight intro is also included.
• Cozy Cassidy: Requires completion of 6 games (3 wins). A matching highlight is also rewarded.
• Merry Marionette Echo: Awarded for completing 3 games (1.5 wins).

The Casual Hanzo skin is available throughout the entire event. The Widowmaker, Cassidy, and Echo skins unlock later, starting December 19, 2024, and remain available until January 6, 2025. Wins in any eligible game mode double your progress towards unlocking these free Legendary skins.
