Unlocking the Trial of the Sekhemas:

Defeating Balbala, located in Traitor's Passage during Act 2, is crucial. She's a formidable opponent, especially early in the game, due to her aggressive attacks. Upon defeating her, she drops Balbala's Barya. This item is essential to initiate the Trial of the Sekhemas.
