Pokémon Go's Holiday Event Part Two: Double the Fun!

Get ready for even more festive fun in Pokémon Go! Niantic's Holiday Event Part Two runs from December 22nd to 27th, bringing a host of new bonuses, Pokémon encounters, and challenges.

This exciting second phase offers double XP for catching Pokémon and a 50% XP boost for Raid Battles. Make the most of these increased rewards! Holiday-themed Dedenne, Wooloo, and Dubwool will make their debut, with a chance to snag a shiny variant.

From December 25th to January 5th, Daily Adventure Incense duration doubles, providing ample opportunities to catch Pokémon like Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Blitzle, Tynamo, Absol, and more.

Raids will feature a variety of Pokémon: Litwick and Cetoddle in one-star raids, Snorlax and Banette in three-star raids, and Giratina in five-star raids. Mega Latios and Abomasnow will also appear in Mega Raids.

For those who prefer quests, Field Research Tasks offer encounters with event Pokémon, while a $5 Timed Research provides a Glacial Lure Module, two Incense, a Wooloo Jacket, and additional encounters. Collection Challenges focusing on catching and raiding will reward Stardust, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls.
