Solo Leveling: Arise's 2025 Championship: A Competitive Twist for a Single-Player Game

The Solo Leveling: Arise Championship 2025 prelims are set to begin on February 21st, pitting players against the clock for the fastest clear times across four Battlefield of Time maps. The competition, culminating in an April 12th grand final in Korea, boasts a substantial 20 million KRW prize pool.

This speed-run style tournament is a surprising but potentially lucrative addition to the primarily single-player Solo Leveling: Arise. Participation is open to players with 1000+ points from Battlefield of Time Season 7. The competition is divided into Asian and International leagues. Players will submit their best times for each of the four selected maps, with the top eight from each league advancing to the grand finals.

While the competitive aspect might seem unusual for a single-player title, the immense popularity of the original Solo Leveling manhwa and South Korea's thriving esports scene suggest a potentially large viewership. The tournament runs from February 21st to March 9th.
