SEVA-D Suit

Located atop a building under construction within the Cement Factory's Cage area, acquiring the SEVA-D suit demands careful navigation of challenging terrain and a hazardous PSI-radiation anomaly.

Found at the Scientist Helicopter POI in Rostok, the SEVA-V suit is relatively easier to obtain, requiring only a climb onto a crane. It boasts improved stats over the SEVA-D, including an additional artifact slot.

SEVA-I Suit

The SEVA-I suit, offering superior stats and enhanced PSI protection, is the best of the three. It's located in two places: near the arms depot at Duga base (requiring a fight with a Burer) or within the Yantar Production Complex (accessible via a climb and entry through a wall hole).
