The Horizons Celebration event is making a triumphant return to Pokémon Go, and it's bringing a delightful surprise with it: the debut of Tinkatink and its evolutions, Tinkatuff and Tinkaton. From April 16th to 22nd, players can experience this special event, featuring the unmistakably pink and smashing Tinkatink family.
Tinkaton isn't just wielding those hammers for style; it's known for launching rocks at Corviknight. Players can evolve their Tinkatink into Tinkaton by collecting approximately 125 Candy throughout the event week.
Adding a fresh twist to the celebration, Floragato adorned with a hat featuring Liko’s pin will be appearing in the wild, hatching from Eggs, and participating in Raids. Keep an eye out for the Shiny version of this costumed Pokémon. Other Pokémon, such as Pikachu donning Cap’s hat and Charcadet, may also make appearances.
Joining the party are some beloved Paldea Pokémon, including Fuecoco, Sprigatito, Quaxly, and Pawmi, which will be roaming the wild. Meanwhile, seven km Eggs might hatch familiar faces like Hatenna and Elekid, with a chance of hatching Tinkatink as well. Don't miss out on the snapshot surprises, where Horizons characters and their Pokémon might photobomb your pictures.
For those looking to battle, Pikachu in Cap’s hat will come equipped with the special move, Volt Tackle. Raids will feature a mix of Pokémon, including Charizard, Metagross, Alolan Muk, and more Floragato. Bonus hunters will be pleased to know that Team Go Rocket balloons will appear more frequently, Egg hatch distances will be halved, and both Shiny chances and Stardust payouts will be increased.
Engage in Field Research and take advantage of both free and paid Timed Research opportunities, which come with extra rewards like an exclusive avatar pose. To maximize your event experience, consider purchasing the Celebration Event Ultra Ticket Box from the Pokémon Go Web Store for $4.99.
