If you've made it to the end of *Arise Crossover* and find yourself puzzled about how to progress, level up, or choose the right Shadows, this guide is here to help you navigate the game more effectively. Let's dive into the mechanics and strategies that will elevate your gameplay experience.

Each of the three islands in *Arise Crossover* offers several recruitable Shadows and one powerful dungeon Shadow. The game's units vary in strength, with **Soondoo** being the weakest (available from the start) and **Mifalcon** being the strongest (found on the final Brum Island). However, the type of Shadow isn't the only factor to consider—ranks are crucial. A **Rank A Soondoo** outperforms a **Rank D Mifalcon**. Higher-ranked units can level up further; for instance, a **Rank D unit** caps at **Level 75**, while an **SS Unit** can reach **Level 200**. Your ultimate goal should be to assemble a team of four **SS Mifalcons**, but the journey to get there is what makes the game exciting.

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* appear every 30 minutes and remain active for 15 minutes. If you enter a dungeon just before it closes, you can still complete it fully. These portals can spawn at various locations on each island, with their difficulty rank varying randomly.
Start by assembling a team of **Rank D units** and attempt a **Rank D or C dungeon** on Leveling Island. This approach should help you acquire a solid group of units and possibly a rare (boss) Shadow Unit. Remember, **dungeons are your primary source for recruiting Rare Units and common units above Rank C**.

When a portal spawns, make every effort to engage with it. If your team isn't strong enough, wait by the portal for a more experienced player to join. Many players can solo these dungeons and often don't mind helping others progress. This community support is key to obtaining higher-ranking units and advancing in the game. We've personally benefited from such generosity, progressing from **Rank C to Rank A units** and eventually reaching the endgame. We encourage you to pay it forward once you're in a position to help others.

During the current Beta phase of *Arise Crossover*, player weapons have minimal impact on gameplay. While they might help in the early stages, their effectiveness diminishes significantly by the second island. The **Iron Kando Blade**, the most potent common weapon available, costs 60 million and deals 516.1K damage. However, this pales in comparison to the damage output of Shadows, which can range from 200 to 400 million. Therefore, unless you have surplus in-game currency, it's wise to hold off on investing in weapons until future updates potentially enhance their utility.

Similar to dungeons, wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, and only one player per server can attempt to claim each one. A server-wide message alerts players to the spawn of a new mount, but no notification is sent when another player claims it or if it disappears.
Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on smaller islands between them. Check the developer's map for precise spawn locations.

You can't claim the same mount twice, and there's a chance you might fail to capture one. **Flying mounts** are the rarest with a 10% spawn rate, **ground mounts** are more common, and **water mounts** can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC. To get a mount, keep an eye out for the server message and quickly visit all six possible spawn locations. While mounts aren't essential for progression, a flying mount can significantly ease travel across the game world. We're still on the hunt for our flying mount!
