Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Upcoming 5-Star Rinascita Characters

Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-Star Rinascita characters. While their weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe will be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword wielder. Both characters are anticipated to play crucial roles in future updates. The addition of Phoebe and Brant follows the recent 2.0 update, which included the 5-Star Glacio pistol-wielding Carlotta and the Havoc unit Roccia. Zani is also expected to join the roster in subsequent updates.

Following the successful launch of Version 2.0, which featured a new story chapter, expanded explorable areas, and the introduction of Carlotta and Roccia, developer Kuro Games has revealed the next additions to the playable Rinascita lineup via official announcements. Phoebe, potentially a Spectro unit, and Brant, possibly a sword user, are confirmed as 5-Star characters. Their release is anticipated in phases of Version 2.1.

Character Backgrounds and Significance:

• Phoebe: An Acolyte of the Order of the Deep within Rinascita, dedicated to the Imperator. Despite her serene demeanor, she possesses a joyful personality.

• Brant: Captain of the Fool's Troupe, a traveling Carnevale show sharing a member with Roccia. He maintains a carefree exterior while prioritizing the Troupe's safety.

Both characters' in-game appearances and story roles hint at their potential roles and fighting styles. With their addition, only Zani remains from the previously teased Rinascita characters. Further character reveals are anticipated within the 2.0 cycle.

Version 2.0 and Beyond:

Version 2.0, concluding around mid-February, also introduced a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin obtainable via an upcoming event starting January 23rd. The anticipation for Phoebe and Brant adds further excitement to the already impressive content of the Wuthering Waves updates.
