Crypt of the NecroDancer Rhythm Game Debuts on Android

Crunchyroll brings the critically acclaimed rhythm roguelike, Crypt of the NecroDancer, to Android! Now available as "Crunchyroll: NecroDancer," this beat-matching adventure offers a unique mobile experience. Originally released on PC in 2015, and previously appearing briefly on iOS and Android, this Crunchyroll release boasts a wealth of new content.

What's Crypt of the NecroDancer All About?

Players step into the shoes of Cadence, a treasure hunter's daughter searching for her missing parent within a rhythmically challenging crypt. The roguelike nature ensures each playthrough is distinct.

Fifteen playable characters, each with unique abilities and challenges, await. Set to Danny Baranowsky's original soundtrack, players must move and attack in time with the music to survive. Failure to maintain the rhythm results in instant failure. Enemies are just as musically inclined, ranging from dancing skeletons to hip-hop dragons. See them in action in the trailer below!

This mobile version includes remixes, additional content, and even Danganronpa character skins for anime enthusiasts. Cross-platform multiplayer and mod support are also included. Further expanding the experience, DLC featuring Hatsune Miku and the Synchrony expansion is slated for release later this year.
