1. Dynamic Clan Loyalty System (New!)

Clans now have evolving loyalty based on your actions. Betray a clan, and they’ll turn on you. Protect a clan during a siege, and they’ll pledge eternal allegiance.
Faction Reputation Mechanics: Your reputation with each clan impacts recruitment, trade, and even how villagers react to you.
Clan Uprisings: If you neglect your clan’s needs (e.g., no food, no defense), they may revolt — you’ll have to crush the rebellion or lose everything.

2. Weather & Environment Effects (Fully Overhauled)

Real-time weather changes impact combat, movement, and strategy:
- Fog of War: Heavy mist reduces visibility and makes ambushes deadly.
- Snowstorms: Slow movement, increase frost damage, and force campfires to stay lit.
- Floods: Destroy roads, block supply lines, and turn battlefields into deadly swamps.
Environmental destruction is now possible: burn forests to block enemy paths, flood fields to trap cavalry.

3. New Faction: The Iron Covenant (Hidden Clan)

A mysterious order of warrior monks and siege engineers who believe war is a sacred test of will.
Only unlockable through a secret quest involving a cursed cathedral and a forbidden blade.
Special abilities include Divine Resistance, Siege Engineering Mastery, and Unholy Resolve (immune to fear and morale loss).

4. Expanded Multiplayer & Realm Wars Mode (Now Live)

Realm Wars: A new 16-player large-scale battle mode where clans fight for control of a shifting map with dynamic objectives (e.g., capture the Holy Relic, defend the Crown Bridge).
Alliance System: Form coalitions across regions. Share resources, launch coordinated strikes, and earn unique faction titles like “Warlord of the Northern Marches” or “Shield of the Eastern Coast.”
Seasonal events with unique rewards: The Blood Moon Tournament, Winter Siege of Vaelgrim, and The Burning Ashes of Red Moor.

5. Deepened Character Progression

New Combat Mastery Tree: Customize your fighting style — Swordmaster, Shadow Raider, Siege Specialist, or Beast-Tamer (summon war animals like wolves, boars, or armored bears).
Wound System 2.0: Injuries now affect your performance (limping, slowed reflexes, bleeding). Treat wounds with herbs, bandages, or priestly rituals — or risk infection and death.
