Permissions

Lineage W requires certain permissions for optimal gameplay. Optional permissions are not mandatory and can be modified or removed later.

• Optional Permissions:
  • Storage (Image/Media/File): For screenshots, video recording, bulletin posts, 1:1 inquiries, and profile pictures.
  • Microphone: For voice recognition (STT), video sound, and audio recording.
  • Notifications: For in-game information and promotions.

Permission Management (Android):

• Android 6.0 or higher: Device Settings > Privacy > Admin > Select an access permission > Select an App > Allow or Remove Permission. Alternatively, Device Settings > Applications > Select an App > Allow or Remove Permission.
• Android versions below 6.0: Permission management is limited; permissions can only be removed by uninstalling the app. Upgrading to Android 6.0 or higher is recommended.
