Local residents whisper tales of a mysterious woman dressed in white, clutching a Petromax lamp, seen wandering into the guesthouse area just before the fire erupted. This spectral figure has fueled speculation about supernatural involvement in the disaster. However, these claims are refuted by Nurul, a former employee of the inn. Nurul holds a different theory, suggesting that the fire was an act of vengeance orchestrated by a staff member who was dismissed under dishonorable circumstances shortly before the incident. Yet, Nurul remains tight-lipped about the identity of the disgruntled ex-employee, leaving Arip and Agung with more questions than answers as they delve deeper into the haunting history of the Morowedi Inn.
