Amazon is offering the Apple Watch Series 10 42mm model for just $329, while the larger 46mm version is priced at $359. These prices are as low as we saw during Black Friday. For iPhone owners, the Apple Watch is undoubtedly the best smartwatch available. It combines style with premium build quality, serving as both an exceptional fitness tracker and smartwatch that integrates seamlessly with your iPhone.

The Apple Watch Series 10 is the latest mainstream model. It improves on the Series 9 with a larger OLED Retina display, a new S10 processor that's thinner—enabling a slimmer watch profile—a slightly bigger base model size (42mm vs. 41mm), and new features like a water depth gauge. If you already own a Series 9, upgrading may not be necessary. But for first-time buyers, the Series 10 is the best Apple Watch for the majority of users.
Compared to the Apple Watch SE, the Series 10 offers a larger case size, a bigger display with Always-On functionality, a 30% faster processor, double the storage, more advanced fitness and health sensors, double-tap gesture support, and quicker charging. The SE is more affordable at $199 on Amazon, but for most, the Series 10's upgrades are well worth the extra cost.
While it's technically possible to use an Apple Watch with an Android device, we don't recommend it. Many key features require an iPhone to function properly. Some workarounds exist, but for most users, the effort isn't worthwhile. If you're set on an Apple Watch, pairing it with an iPhone is the ideal approach. For happy Android users, there are many excellent Android-compatible smartwatches that offer a better experience.
