The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a pivotal point in the acclaimed campaign, marking a significant departure from the series' established gameplay. This comprehensive guide will walk you through every step.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility, forcing the use of gas masks due to toxic fumes. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations, initiating the core gameplay.

After the initial fall, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of mannequins (a side effect of the toxic gas). Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call from the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map leading to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office ("Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

After defeating the zombies, a mannequin holding the Yellow card will transform into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card from its remains.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Next, acquire the Green Card in the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone; the objective is to locate and place four documents in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue you; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table, and the last in the cafe. After placing the documents, a red mannequin attacks; subdue it with the grappling hook until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. The Green Card is your reward.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, then locate the glass chamber surrounded by camera stands. Interacting with the Blue Card spawns a Mimic. Lure it out by shooting moving objects to defeat it and collect the card.

The Final Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets and stairs to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interacting with the console reveals the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight code.

Activate the timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. One is in the initial room, one in the unlocked room, and the last requires the grappling hook. After draining the water, pursue the Mangler to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor, eliminating any pursuing zombies. Answering the red phone initiates a final confrontation with numerous zombies and the Disciple. The mission culminates in a hallucinatory sequence, revealing the true nature of the events.
