Cyberpunk 2077's Fortnite Debut: Why No Male V?
Fortnite players eagerly awaited the arrival of Cyberpunk 2077 items, a crossover many anticipated. The release was met with excitement, but some fans expressed disappointment over the absence of the male version of protagonist V. Speculation ran rampant, with theories comparing CD Projekt Red's marketing strategies. The truth, however, is far simpler.

Patrick Mills, Cyberpunk 2077's lore expert and the decision-maker, clarified the situation. The bundle was designed for only two characters, one of which had to be Johnny Silverhand. This left no space for both male and female versions of V. With Johnny already male, selecting the female V was a practical choice, further influenced by Mills' personal preference.

Therefore, the omission wasn't a deliberate decision, but a pragmatic one. This marks Keanu Reeves' second Fortnite skin appearance, following the earlier inclusion of John Wick.
