Gaining the ability to explore the Panopticon is an early milestone in Freedom Wars Remastered. While movement and interaction are initially restricted, this central area is crucial for story progression and accessing shops.

Locating Enzo in Freedom Wars Remastered

To find Enzo, exit the Warren and use the lift to return to Level 2's main cell block. To the elevator's left, Pedro will provide information about Enzo, directing you to Sector 2-E165. While you might encounter Pedro earlier, interacting with Enzo is only possible after initiating the quest.

Reporting Pedro will only result in him suggesting you report Enzo instead.

To the left of Pedro, follow the wall to the far end of the cell block, where you'll find a device marked with a blue lift icon. This isn't a typical elevator; it transports you to Sector 2-E165.

Inside the sector, Enzo's location is indicated by a yellow exclamation mark. He's on the third story at the far end of the cell block. Remember to manage your sprinting to avoid extending your sentence.
