Exclusive In-Game Emotes Released as 'Squad Busters' Concludes

Squad Busters is ditching Win Streaks! Get ready for major changes coming December 16th. The endless win streak system, designed to reward players with extra prizes, is being removed because it created unnecessary pressure and frustration for many.

Why the Change? When?

The developers found the win streak system counterproductive, adding stress rather than celebrating player skill. Therefore, it's being eliminated on December 16th. Your highest win streak will remain on your profile as a permanent record.

To compensate for the removal, players reaching certain win streak milestones (0-9, 10, 25, 50, and 100) before December 16th will receive exclusive emotes. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for coins spent on win streaks; the developers cite game balance concerns as the reason.

Player reactions are mixed. Some welcome the change, seeing it as a move away from a pay-to-win environment. Others are less enthusiastic, particularly given the perceived inadequacy of the parting gifts.
