The initial stages are straightforward: interact with SGT. Winter and Noir in Seaport City. However, the detective's next task requires you to follow a trail, leading to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars (near Mariah Carey's location). Three key items await interaction:

Locating the Clues

1. Dog Statue: This statue, reminiscent of Snoop Dogg's Chapter 2 Remix mansion decor, sits atop a hill at the end of a wooden fence.

   

2. Microphone Stand: Found at the mountain's base, near a metal fence along the road. It subtly glows upon approach.

   

3. Turntable: Easily spotted near a kiosk, just down the road from the microphone stand.

Questioning the Unknown Traveler (Santa Snoop!)
