Fortnite: All Oni Masks & How To Get Them

Oni Masks: Abilities & Types

• Void Oni Mask: Offers superior mobility. Throw a Void Tear (Shoot button), then teleport to its location (Aim button while mask is equipped). Epic variant has 15 uses, 5-second cooldown; Mythic has 50 uses.
• Fire Oni Mask: Deals significant damage. Press the Fire button to launch a guided flame projectile inflicting 100 damage (can hit multiple clustered enemies). Epic variant has 8 uses, 8-second cooldown; Mythic has 16 uses.

How to Acquire Oni Masks

Several methods exist, with varying degrees of certainty:

• Elemental Chests: The most straightforward method. These chests guarantee an elemental item, including Oni Masks (though which one is random). Located throughout the island, with named POIs offering higher chances.

• Defeating Demon Warriors: These enemies, marked by Oni Mask icons on the map, sometimes drop an Oni Mask (either Void or Fire, depending on the warrior). They may also drop Typhoon Blades and Boons.

• Standard Chests: A chance exists to find Epic rarity Oni Masks in regular chests, but this relies heavily on luck.

• Purchase from Daigo (Guaranteed): At Masked Meadows, Daigo sells both Oni Masks for Gold Bars. Requires completing all stages of his Mask Expertise Quests to unlock this option.

• Daigo's Hidden Workshop (Guaranteed): Located beneath the building on the north side of Masked Meadows, a machine in Daigo's hidden workshop contains both Oni Masks. Loot it like a regular chest for a guaranteed reward.

• Defeating Bosses (Mythic Masks Only): Mythic Oni Masks require defeating bosses: Night Rose (Mythic Void Oni Mask) at Demon's Dojo, and Shogun X (Mythic Fire Oni Mask) at Shogun's Arena.
