How to Get the Matte Black Master Chief in Fortnite

Epic Games has announced on X (formerly Twitter) via the Fortnite Status account that the Matte Black style for the Master Chief outfit is still within reach. To unlock this sleek variant, simply purchase the Master Chief outfit and then play a single match of Fortnite Battle Royale on an Xbox Series X|S. This straightforward action will grant you the coveted Matte Black style.

Previously, it was believed that the Matte Black style was unobtainable for those who purchased the skin after December 2024, but Epic Games has reversed this decision, allowing everyone a chance to add this stylish variant to their collection.
