FDG Entertainment and Cornfox & Bros. are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of *Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon*, a fresh addition to the Oceanhorn series. Set to launch in Q2 2025 on Android, iOS, and PC via Steam, this game takes place 200 years after the events of *Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm*, offering a new adventure with a unique twist.
Forget the open seas; *Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon* plunges players into the heart of a perilous underground labyrinth. This dungeon crawler, infused with a retro vibe, presents a gripping narrative set in the world of Gaia. Once thriving, the Kingdom of Arcadia now lies in ruins, fragmented into scattered islands, and the legendary White City is but a distant memory.
Amidst this desolation, four brave adventurers embark on a quest to the mysterious Chronos Dungeon. Rumors suggest that within its depths lies the Paradigm Hourglass, an artifact with the power to alter history itself. If these heroes can navigate the dangers lurking within, they may just have the chance to restore Gaia to its former glory.
The developers have released an announcement trailer for *Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon*, which you can view below:
*Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon* embraces the classic dungeon crawler format, enriched with a 16-bit arcade aesthetic. Designed for couch co-op, the game supports up to four players in simultaneous action. For solo adventurers, the option to control all four heroes or switch between them offers flexibility and depth.
Each playthrough is unique, as the heroes' starting stats vary based on their zodiac signs. Players can choose from four distinct characters: Knight, Huntress, Grandmaster, and Mage, each bringing their own strengths to the table. The game's nostalgic appeal is further enhanced by its pixel art visuals and a chiptune-inspired soundtrack, alongside a host of old-school arcade features.
