Overwatch 2 and LE SSERAFIM Unveil New Skins, Emotes, Challenges

Get ready for another exciting collaboration as Overwatch 2 teams up once again with the sensational K-pop group LE SSERAFIM. This thrilling event is set to launch on March 18, 2025, perfectly timed with the release of LE SSERAFIM's new album "Hot." This marks a significant return following their previous collaboration in November 2023, which celebrated their hit song "Perfect Night."

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM: What to Expect

This upcoming collaboration promises an array of fresh content, including new skins, emotes, and in-game challenges. Fans can look forward to exclusive skins for characters like Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari. Additionally, recolored versions of skins from the 2023 event will be available for purchase, featuring LE SSERAFIM-themed looks for Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte.

While the unique Concert Clash mode from the previous event won't make a comeback, players will have the opportunity to earn the Legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin by participating in event-specific challenges.

In an interview with Polygon on March 11, Aimee Denett, Overwatch's Associate Director of Product Management, shared insights into the collaboration. "This time around, we wanted to be part of one of the pieces that’s celebrating their new album," Denett stated. She further highlighted the inclusion of a visualizer for one of LE SSERAFIM's new songs, along with an extensive range of cosmetics designed specifically for this event.

The second collaboration between Overwatch 2 and LE SSERAFIM will run from March 18 to March 31, 2025. To kick things off, don't miss the Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Livestream Event on March 17, 2025, at 8:30 PM PST, available on both Twitch and YouTube. This special livestream will feature members of LE SSERAFIM and offer a closer look at the new skins and other exciting content.
