Beyond the McLaren partnership, PUBG Mobile's commitment to sustainability shines through its Play for Green campaign. Launched in September, this initiative featured two new maps – Ruins of Erangel: Sandstorm and Ruins of Erangel: Exploration – showcasing Erangel after a century of climate change. The Run for Green event converted in-game movement into rewards, and the World of Wonder Green Creative Contest gave creators a platform to design their own maps. These efforts culminated in PUBG Mobile receiving the Media’s Choice Award at the Green Game Jam 2024.
