"Reverse: 1999 Unveils Chinatown Showdown Update Part One"

If you've been eagerly anticipating the Hong Kong cinema-inspired "Showdown in Chinatown" update for Reverse: 1999, your wait is over! Version 2.5, part one, has just been released, bringing with it exciting new additions, including limited and five-star characters.

In "Showdown in Chinatown," the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, dispatched by the Vigiles Bureau, joins forces with the Division of Arcane Affairs to finally apprehend Nightpiercer.

Liang Yue, the new limited character, can be obtained through the "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Additionally, all players can enjoy a free garment for the beloved character, Windsong. With up to 40 free pulls available through various rewards and events, securing these and other top-tier characters is easier than ever.

The update also introduces two new challenges, "When the Alarm Sounds" and the board game-themed "Critter Crash," both available until the 29th. These events offer special rewards ranging from Limited Portraits to new garments.

Liang Yue's traditional Chinese-style dress inspires a new garment series, "Old Stories New Perspectives," which will be available for characters like Jiu Niangzi, Tuesday, Sotheby, The Fool, and Windsong.
