The Sims turns 25 with updates in FreePlay, livestreams and more

The Sims franchise celebrates its 25th anniversary this year! To mark this milestone, EA is launching a series of celebratory updates across multiple platforms, including mobile.

The Sims FreePlay and The Sims Mobile are receiving significant anniversary updates. The Sims FreePlay features the "FreePlay 2000" update, a Y2K-themed experience, alongside new live events and a 25-day gifting event. The Sims Mobile is offering two free gifts to players during its birthday week, commencing March 4th.
