In Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, surviving the Zone's dangers requires robust armor. The SEVA-V suit, a top-tier member of the SEVA series, offers exceptional protection and is surprisingly easy to acquire early in the game. This guide shows you how to obtain this valuable piece of equipment for free.

Obtaining the SEVA-V Suit in Stalker 2

The SEVA-V suit is located at the Scientist Helicopter point of interest (POI) in the Rostok region, southwest of the Rostok base. This area features a crashed helicopter within an Electro anomaly field and a large, rusted crane. The suit itself is atop the crane.

Reaching the SEVA-V Suit

1. Enter the POI: Locate the Scientist Helicopter POI. You'll see the crashed chopper and a ladder leading up the crane.
2. Acquire an Artifact: Before climbing, use your artifact detector to find and retrieve an Electro-type artifact from the anomalous field near the helicopter. This will help mitigate the risks of the anomaly.
3. Climb the Crane: Ascend the ladder on the crane.
4. Reach the Cabin: Once at the top, traverse the crane to the operator's cabin on the left.
5. Retrieve the Suit: Carefully jump across to the cabin and locate the bag containing the SEVA-V suit and valuable consumables. Retrace your steps to descend the crane.

SEVA-V Suit Stats and Usage

The SEVA-V suit boasts high radiation and decent PSI protection. It can be upgraded by Screw, the technician at the Rostok base, allowing you to equip up to four artifacts. If you already possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can yield a significant amount of in-game currency.
