Subway Surfers is gearing up for an exciting new event called Veggie Hunt, where you'll be dashing through the colorful streets, evading trains, and leaping over hurdles—but this time, you'll be snagging veggies along the way! Starting August 26th, instead of just coins and power-ups, you'll be collecting tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce. Gather enough to create a complete sandwich, and you'll unlock a new character named Billy Bean. She's all about inspiring players, especially kids, to embrace a greener diet and contribute to a healthier planet, adding a nutritious twist to the endless run.

Veggie Hunt is part of Subway Surfers' commitment to the Playing for the Planet Alliance's 2024 Green Game Jam. This annual event challenges game studios to weave environmental awareness into their games creatively. This year's theme encourages players to take real-world action for the planet. SYBO is participating by integrating eco-friendly elements into the game, including fun facts about how our food choices affect the environment.

But Subway Surfers isn't stopping at in-game fun. They're encouraging players to take to social media and share their favorite meat-free recipes or their own take on the Veggie Hunt sandwich. The more you share, the more in-game rewards everyone can enjoy.
