RuneScape enthusiasts, get ready for an adventure as the latest update, Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly, drops today and runs through April 28th. This new quest challenges you to navigate the perilous Shifting Tombs and alter the fate of the desert, with the help of familiar faces Leela and Ozan.
The stakes are higher than ever in the Kharidian desert, where Menaphos is teetering on the brink of collapse. Following Osman's shocking betrayal, the city is crumbling under internal strife. With the population divided and Amascut's sinister influence spreading, the situation is dire. Surviving the Shifting Tombs is merely the start of the challenges you'll face.
Fortunately, you won't be alone. Leela is back in action, and new allies, including some adorable pets, will join you. Together, you'll delve into the ancient mysteries of Menaphos, uncovering Osman's true intentions and working to save the city.
Completing Pharaoh’s Folly comes with rewarding perks. You'll earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title The Rabble-Rouser, and a new item, Leela’s Favour bracelet. This bracelet is a game-changer, allowing you to teleport across all Menaphos districts, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and active soul obelisks.
However, tackling the Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly quest isn't for the faint-hearted. You'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the Beneath Scabaras’ Sands quest, and to have checked off various tasks from the Do No Evil quest within Phite Club. Additionally, ensure you've built the necessary structures from the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once you meet these criteria, you can meet Leela outside Menaphos' gates and embark on a mission to save the city. So, if you're up for the challenge, grab RuneScape from the Google Play Store and dive into the desert adventure!
Stay tuned for our next update on the cancellation of Netflix Stories, but don't worry—you can still enjoy playing it!
