Amazon Prime's Streaming Deals Under $1

Prime Day is one of the biggest shopping events for savings, and many of us tend to overspend on streaming services. While the best streaming deals usually appear around Cyber Monday, Amazon is offering significant discounts on a variety of Prime Video Channel Add-Ons this time. These exclusive offers are for Prime members only and are available until July 11.

Prime Members Get Deep Discounts on Streaming Add-Ons

Note: These discounts are only visible when logged in as a Prime member. Prime memberships start at $14.99 per month, with a discounted Young Adults membership starting at $7.99. Prime Video is included with all membership tiers.

These Add-Ons provide full access to the streaming service's library, but through the convenient Prime Video platform. It's a great way to consolidate your subscriptions in one place, making it easier to see and manage everything you're paying for.

Most of these Prime Day deals are similar: two months of service for just $0.99 per month. Apple TV+ is the exception, offering 50% off the regular price at $4.99 per month. All these offers end on July 11, the final day of Amazon's sale.

I'm planning to subscribe to Crunchyroll for the new summer anime season. I also highly recommend Britbox for fans of classic British comedies like 'Would I Lie to You' and 'The IT Crowd,' which is no longer on Netflix.

While the deals above are for Prime members, the Paramount+ offer is available to everyone. This promotion began just before Prime Day and coincides with new content releases. As the home of Mission: Impossible, it's also where you'll be able to stream the latest installment, 'The Final Reckoning.'

Starz is also running a separate promotion, offering a six-month subscription for $16.99 upfront, which works out to about $3 per month. However, the Prime-exclusive deal is still a better value.

Prime Day is Perfect for Physical Media Collectors

Streaming services can be inconsistent, and titles you love may disappear. Building a physical media collection has its own appeal and ensures your favorites are always available.

If you're looking for DVDs or Blu-rays, Prime Day has excellent deals. Amazon is running a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion on thousands of titles, with individual discounts including 50% off select Criterion Collection releases.
