A long-awaited Christmas miracle has arrived for Team Fortress 2 fans! Valve has unexpectedly released a new comic for the popular team-based shooter. The announcement appeared on the official game website.

Titled "The Days Have Worn Away," this seventh installment marks the 29th comic released for TF2, including special events and themed stories. The last comic was released in 2017, making this a seven-year wait.

Valve playfully compared the comic's creation to the construction of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, highlighting the long timeframe. However, they also acknowledged the considerable patience of the TF2 community.

The new comic provides a satisfying conclusion to the ongoing storyline, leading many to believe it will be the final installment. This speculation is fueled by a tweet from Erik Wolpaw referencing "the very last meeting" for the TF2 comic series. While the wait was extensive, players can now enjoy a fitting end to the story, delivered with a festive Christmas touch.
