Video: Great Herta's culinary disaster is the subject of an animated short film in HSR

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.0 update, arriving January 15th, 2025, introduces the highly anticipated Great Herta. MiHoYo's promotional materials showcase a less-than-perfect side of this new 5-star character, highlighting her reliance on legions of tiny robotic assistants and her… less-than-stellar culinary skills, rivaling even Raiden Shogun's infamous cooking.

Great Herta follows the Erudition path and wields Ice-type damage. She'll be featured on the first banner of the 3.0 update, alongside Aglaea. The update, building on the acclaimed Penacony chapter, promises a significant expansion of the Amphoreus narrative. More details on Amphoreus are expected in the coming weeks.

Version 3.0 is poised to be Honkai: Star Rail's most substantial update yet, attracting both veteran and new players. Adding to the excitement, HoYoverse has also announced a physical retail release date for the PlayStation version.
