Wuthering Waves - Dream Patrol: Knight in a Storm Guide

Wuthering Waves' Dream Patrols offer engaging combat challenges. While most are straightforward, some, like "Knight in a Storm," prove tricky due to their unique mechanics. This guide helps you master this particular patrol.

The "Knight in a Storm" Dream Patrol, located in the Shores of Last Breath area (Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City), is marked by a crossed-swords icon on your map, appearing after activating the region's Resonance Nexus. The quickest route is via the Tacet Field teleport (unlocks after completing "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms").

The Knight itself is relatively easy to defeat. However, to obtain all chests and resources (Astrites, Monnaie), you must complete all challenge objectives:

• Maintain Battle Rank S for over 10 seconds: Achieve this through perfect dodges, parries, and ability use (including Intro/Outro skills).
• Perform 3 Interrupting Counterattacks: Successfully parry the Knight's attacks while its weapon is enhanced (indicated by summoned swords).
• Immobilize the enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG: Stun the Knight using your character's ultimate ability (depleting its white health bar).

Countering the Enhanced Weapon

The Knight summons three swords, enhancing one. During this enhancement, it performs aerial lunges—the ideal time for a counterattack. When parry indicators overlap above the Knight, use an attack to execute a successful counter. Repeat this three times to complete this objective.

Carlotta players can utilize her jump attack or rifle shots (during Resonance Liberation or with Molded Crystal stacks) for effective parries.
