DownloadTarneeb is a card game played by two teams, each consisting of two players sitting opposite each other. Using a standard 52-card deck, play proceeds counter-clockwise. The goal for each player is to accurately estimate the number of "Allmat" (tricks) their team can win in each round.
The player who wins the bid to declare "Tarneeb" throws a type of paper to the floor; other players must then throw the same type of paper. The first to successfully match wins the "Bamh." If a player doesn't have the matching paper type, they forfeit the Tarneeb option. Tarneeb papers are considered superior to all others; the player who throws the strongest Tarneeb paper wins the round, unless a stronger Tarneeb paper is played.
The round ends when all players have discarded their papers. Points are tallied. A team only scores if they successfully meet or exceed their bid for Allmat. If successful, the number of Allmat won is added to their score; the opposing team receives no points. If unsuccessful, the number of Allmat won by the opposing team is added to their score, and the bidding team loses points.
If either team achieves 13 tricks without bidding for 13, they receive 16 points. A successful bid of 13 tricks awards 26 points. A failed bid of 13 tricks results in a 16-point deduction.
The game concludes when one team reaches a total score of 41 or more points, declaring them the winner.
