Story Overview
The game features three distinct story routes, all set in post-World War I Burlone, Italy, a city controlled by three Mafia organizations:

Episodio 1926 -BURLONE-: Following the events of 1925, Liliana, the protagonist, enjoys a period of peace before being drawn back into the extraordinary world of the Burlone Mafia and their lovers. New challenges await as they navigate the turbulent times.

Episodio 1926 -ALTERNATIVA-: The 1925 incident concludes without confirmation of the mastermind's death. Burlone's fragile peace is shattered by the conflicting agendas of the government, the church, and the Mafia, forcing them into a new alliance to overcome a fresh threat. The protagonist plays a crucial role in resolving the conflict.

Episodio 1926 -HENRI-: After escaping to France, Henri and another character's peaceful life is disrupted, leading them back to Burlone. This route focuses on their relationship.
This sequel to "Piofiore no Bansho -ricordo-" can be played independently, but prior experience enhances the overall experience.
