1. Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)
This menu handles assigned delivery routes for employees. It displays real-time driver locations via GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker, delivery destinations, and live delivery status updates.
2. Maintenance Menu (Maintenance)
This menu logs vehicle maintenance records. Data and reports can be stored and summarized through the Web Console in the following categories:
- Refueling
- Maintenance/Service
- Vehicle Condition Checks
- Repair Items
3. Mobile Tracker Menu
This menu tracks driver locations using mobile devices. Instead of dedicated GPS hardware, this app transmits and stores GPS location data while tracking is active. Transmission can be disabled. It integrates with other modules like Travel Itinerary (TMS) and Vehicle Tracking, while allowing data analysis and reporting via the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker requires these device permissions:
- Constant location access to enable GPS requests without launching the app for user convenience.
- Physical activity recognition (ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION) to optimize GPS data management and improve system efficiency and battery performance:
1. Still: Requests GPS every 1 minute; Power Save mode reduces this to every 5 minutes.
2. Working: When walking is detected, GPS updates every 1 minute.
3. In Vehicle: During this activity, GPS data is collected every second for precise distance and speed calculation, though transmitted every 1 minute normally.
*Power Save mode activates after remaining Still for over 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting Working or In Vehicle activity.
4. Vehicle Tracking Menu (Vehicle Tracking)
This menu shows real-time location data from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices and work statuses. It also provides historical data in multiple formats including:
- Device Information
- Notification Settings
- Daily Travel Summaries
- GPS Movement Data at custom intervals
- Additional data from supplementary equipment like MDVR or TPMS (if installed)
